Worth a closer look.
Choosing a maintenance location affects the total cost, time out of service and ease of project management. Macau combines a short passage with clear advance arrangements and the opportunity to bring several jobs together in one yard visit.
A short passage
One coordinated yard visit
With Hong Kong and Macau connected by sea, maintenance can be planned around a short return passage. Routine servicing, accumulated wear and refit work can be brought together, with your next outing in mind.
The route and passage time depend on your Hong Kong berth, vessel condition, cruising speed and weather.
Prepared in advance
Less administration for the owner
Hong Kong registered yachts can apply for entry to Macau in advance, with the required information submitted online. Voy coordinates vessel documents, berthing and crew immigration arrangements, reducing the number of separate contacts you need to manage.
The official service target is approval within two working days, counted from the day after a complete application is submitted. This target applies to port-entry approval. Any permits required for the agreed repair work are confirmed separately.View the official procedure

Macau offers competitive maintenance quotations compared with Hong Kong, particularly when several servicing, repair or refit tasks are planned together. Voy aligns the scope, materials and return passage costs so you can assess the value of the complete arrangement.
